“Stan and his team have a “can do” approach and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were extremely respectful of our house and would clean and hoover every evening before they left. We first used Stan and his team in November 2014 when they replaced our downstairs bathroom. Piotr and Ryszard removed the old suite, fitted the new one and completed all plumbing, electrical and tiling work involved. The work was completed to a high standard and we were delighted with their work. We have since used Stan’s team to repair a leak from an upstairs bathroom. Stan was methodical in his approach ensuring he knew exactly what the problem was before he started intervention work. He tackled the whole job from below in order to minimise disruption to the bathroom and tiling and by the time they had finished you would not have known they had ever been there. In the last year we have recommended Plast & Dec to all our friends and family and to date 4 have employed their services, mainly for fitting bathrooms. I discovered Stan and his team purely by chance online as most of his work is through recommendations and after having work done by him I can see why. I had a few quotes from plumbers/joiners in the area for my 2 bathroom renovations but decided to go with Stan as he

seemed to answer all my queries with a good practical knowledge

and also gave some valuable ideas of his own. The attention to detail on everything from tiling to laying the floor was impeccable. The team arrived on time every day and their work rate was second to none, even

working on Saturdays to complete by the agreed timescale. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys and the finish they have provided was outstanding even managing to repair dented shower cubicle that I ordered which was damaged in transit! I was so impressed with the bathroom finish
